With Dumbledore now in disappearance, nobody is quite sure what to expect in the next coming year, however, what is going to happen is far different than anything in their own imagination. Albus Dumbledore had been the protector of Hogwarts School for years now, generations even, and the much-sought-after Wizard in their century, even by Ministry Officials. How could such a powerful man disappear so quickly? Though that mystery continues to remain unsolved, new discoveries are being made every day in the Wizarding World, but not necessarily good ones.

The school year continued, even after the headmaster's death, and during those unexpected times, Voldemort and his Death Eaters had already begun their plan to take over the Wizarding World, and, for once, Voldemort could have complete control. Meanwhile, in Hogwarts, news about Dumbledore's death had spread quickly, and Minerva McGonagall was quick to take over. However, the Ministry of Magic would not allow such a situation to be taken so lightly, and thus, they were determined to find the murderer of their dear friend and comrade. However, to do that, they need help from very skilled Wizards and Witches, and people whom Dumbledore may have been fairly close with. At the end of the school year, Rufus Scrimgeour sent a letter to several of the staff members at Hogwarts, giving them notice that they will join the Ministry and Aurors in an effort to solve the crime. The teachers chosen were: Minerva McGonagall, Rubeus Hagrid, Filius Flitwick, Binns, Sinistra, Sibyll Trelawney, and Madame Hooch.

The school year had ended, but things have only just begun. Voldemort's plan had finally come into action, as the previous Headmaster was finally taken away. His death also helped distract the Ministry and even, much to Voldemort's delight, taken away some of Hogwarts best staff members. The summer, as it only just begun, soon turned into horror as Voldemort's Death Eaters attacked the Ministry of Magic and quickly took control. After years of intense training, some even under Voldemort himself, the Death Eaters were very prepared for the situation. As the Death Eaters took control of the Ministry, as well as taking Rufus Scrimgeour in their own hands, they were able to 'convince' the Ministry to allow the teachers to not be replaced by professionals, but rather, Voldemort's Death Eaters. However, the headmaster was a very delicate subject. The Ministry told Voldemort that they had already planned a possible headmaster, one that they have been looking at a few months before Dumbledore's death. Voldemort did not want to be bothered with the position of Headmaster, as he knows that being so high in the school would mean plenty of interaction with the students, which he knew to be too risky for him to take on.

However, even though Voldemort may have taken over the Ministry of Magic, and is sending his deatheaters over to Hogwarts School, does not mean that they are going to let him get away with it. Rufus, as ministry of the Ministry of Magic, would never allow such dangers to go upon the school which holds much of the world's future Wizarding Population, and so, Rufus sent some of the strongest Wizards and Witches he knew from the Order and the Ministry that he knew could handle not only the teaching positions, but Voldemort as well. Alastor Moody, Oliver Wood, and Nymphadora Tonks were chosen for the difficult task. Voldemort, on the other hand, found this to be extremely amusing and allowed the three to teach at Hogwarts, simply out of his own entertainment.

The news of the Death Eaters attack had not reached the Wizarding World, as everyone goes about their normal buisness. However, danger is still lurking about. It took months and even years for Voldemort to figure out where the horcruxes were, but after all that time, he finally has a possible lead. He believes that one of the horcruxes are actually located in Hogwarts itself, however, Voldemort cannot just enter the school without being noticed. Voldemort has taken on a new body, however, nobody except his Death Eaters know his true identity. Students are unaware of his whereabouts, and the Ministry can only hope that the Wizarding World will be safe with the man running around.

Voldemort could be disguised as a student, as a hogwarts staff member, as an animal, a muggle, or even just a regular adult. The Death Eaters are gaining control of the Wizarding World, Voldemort's whereabouts are unknown, as well as his identity, and the newcoming school year at Hogwarts was going to be risky, and dangerous, with twists and turns that nobody would ever expect. This is the invasion... and it has only begun.
