It's a simple rating game. You rate the person above you with a Mate, a Date, or a Shovel.
Mate: You don't really know them, but you would like to, or a friend.
Date: Self explanatory..I hope.
Shovel: If you do not like the person, or you're just mad at them, or whatnot.
