Gemma sighed, and pulled her hood over her black hair that was falling in front of her blue eyes. Lazily she stared out the window to the flashing blurs of light in the dark tunnel that she was passing though. She wasn't sure where she was nor where she was going, and personally she didn't really care. She just liked to ride subways. That jolt in the beginning, and end that makes you swallow you stomach was just always pleasing to her. The many people around her gave her rude, and nasty looks. For Gemma was sitting with her feet up which took up two more seats then were needed to fit her, well really one half but she didn't feel like having a stranger that close yo her, and it was rather uncomfortable, but her small size made it possible. Gemma was always small her whole life. She was short, and thin. Not a scary thin, but just thin.
Slowly the train came to a stop, and many people left, but even more came on. As soon as they caught a look at her, and how much room she was taking up,. then noticed that they would have to stand they looked like a small child that had been denied a ice cream cone. Gemma would laugh quietly under her breath. Even though this sort of thing was something that Gemma had done all her life, she couldn't help but feel a little lonely. She was never one to have many friends and now more then ever she wished someone was there to laugh with her.

Drew stood at the tracks, with the rest of the people, standing waiting on the subway. He was trying to get home and really didn't feel like walking, and driving was out of the question, in New York. He adjusted his backpack, as he saw the subway, loudly running down in his direction. The subway came to a skidding stop and the doors retracted open, he waited for the people to rush out. Then even more, rushing in to the car, he waited a moment and followed the rush. He got a seat on the crowded subway, he sighed taking a moment to relax. He looked around, scanning the train of all the passengers.

Gemma moved her feet up a little, and soon after that her third seat was taken by a boy a little younger then her. "Hey" She greeted propping her self up on elbows. "I'm Gemma, you?" This dude must think that she was a freak what sort of person lays down on a subway, and then talks to a random guy that sits down. Well Gemma was just like that.
((Sorry short))

Drew looked around, completing his scan of the car. He noticed a girl who had been laying down, on the subway seats. He smirked and ignored her, he hen he threw his backpack in his lap and began to search for his ipod. This would at least give him something to do on the way. Just as he unzipped his backpack the girl who he had noticed before spoke to him, "Drew..." he said raising an eyebrow. It was no surprise that she would speak to a random person, after all, she was laying on the subway. "What's up with this" he said hinting, that she was laying down.

Gemma sat up, and pulled her legs up her her chest facing the guy who was called Drew. Weird thats was her cats name was. Gemma rested her head on the cool plastic of the seat, and bit her lip. She fiddled a pen through her jean pocket, and looked at her guy innocently. "I was tired, and surprisingly these chairs can be very comfortable" Gemma joked, and yawned. "Where are you going?" She asked for no real reason

Drew looked out of the window, ahead of him, getting a glance at the dark tunnel walls and flashing lights whizzing by. He averted his eyes back to Gemma, watching her sit up and address him again. He really had no idea what she meant about the chair and thought it was kind of weird, but not weird enough to make him change seats...yet. "Uh, I'm going to be here a while, my house is near the last stop" he said looking at her.
