Nicholas had been rooting through his massive pile of papers that were so old they were turned a dark yellow colour. He finally found a big black folder that was covered in dust. He blew it off and coughed. "Now lets see here." he whipsered to himself as he opened it. "Ah here it is." he stopped flicking through the pages as he reached a section on a greek vase. He also took a necklace from around his nick that had a key at the end. He used this to open a small chest filled with more papers but they had the words "Destined." Printed on the front.

Alex had been asked to go to Mr. Scryars room. He was the head History teacher. Alex loved history so he knew he couldn't be in trouble. As he reached the door he knocked on the glass and opened it. He peeked in and saw Mr. Scryar buried deep in papers."Um sir you wanted me." he said as he went in and sat down.

Gabriel stood in front of Mr. Scryar's classroom, he reached for the door knob and opened the door. He was pulled out of his Pre-Calculus class, and informed to report to his classroom. He walked inside, seeing the man behind his desk and another kid who was already in a seat. He didn't think he was in trouble, since someone else was in the room, he gave the boy a nod and stood in front of Scryar's desk.
"....You wanted to see me?" he said looking at the various papers scattered across his desk.

Rowan had been in the school's locker room when his coach told him not to change into his basketball clothes and report to the history room. He had heard a lot of wierd things about Mr. Scryar, not really bad things but just..wierd. Like he was always carrying around books about gods and he was always nose deep in papers...yet again a lot of teachers did that.
Rowan then walked up to the room and saw the door was already opened. When he entered the room he saw Alex in there and some other kid that he didn't know. "Hey Alex." he said to Alex then he looked over at the teacher. He was still looking at his papers so he decided to sit down and ask questions later.

Nick popped his head out his papers and looked around the room. "Oh hello there. I didn't hear all of ye come in. Please sit." Nick then stood up and walked over to a big bookcase and took out a few books. He gave one to each of the guys and then sat down. "Now I suppose you are wondering why ye are all here. Well I have been keeping a watchful eye around here and have noticed a few things. I see thatthere are people here that can do extra ordinary things. Like you mister Archer, Electrkinestic and can fly, oh and Mr. Williams a telekinetic no less and an adept of the body. And Mr. Foxx not a terrakinetic but able to control rock none the less."
He stood up again and looked out the window. "Dont worry I have no intention to expose any of you. I am here to help and offer assistance." He sat down and took off his glasses. "What do ye know about the Gods of ancient greece."

Alex looked at the other two guys in the room. "What are you talking about. How can you just say all this and act so cool. And why are you giving us a history lesson." he siad staring vividly at Nicholas.

Rowan looked up immediately at the guy when he said what he said about their powers. He didn't know the other guy but he did know that Alex was a telekinetic and that he was an electrokinetic so...he was guessing that he wasn't wrong about the other guy being able to control rock.
He then gave Alex a look. "Umm..I dont know what your talking about. We're not freaks...and I think Im gonna go talk to my coach about you dragging me down here over some stupid history lesson and your freak theorys." said Rowan as he denied everything.

Lauren was in an English lesson when she got the message to go to Mr Scryar's room. At the time she thought she was in trouble about her course work which was overdue of course. She walked towards his room hoping to god she wasn't going to get a lecture. The door was a jar, so she knocked on it and walked in. It was a slight relief when she saw three boys in there two who she knew. A sign that she wasn't in trouble.......she hoped. "Hey." Said Lauren quietly as she was now confused on why she was brung to Mr Scryars classroom.

Nick was just about to reply to both Alex and Rowan as Lauren walked in. "Ah Ms. Winters please come in and take a seat. Now as I was saying about your powers. I traced you from a line of people that lived in 3500 B.C They were your ancestors. They had the same powers as all of you and passed them down until they were needed again. Now To the point." Nicholas put his glasses back on and sat down. "Now as I said do ye know anything about the grrek gods. Well It dosent matter I will teach ye. You see they have been reincarnated into new beings and are trying to take control of the earth again. Ye have to stop along with the help of the others here with powers." Nick stopped talking and let thenm take all the info in.

Lauren smiled and grabbed a seat. She placed her bag and jacket over the back of the seat before sitting down and then began to listen to Mr Scryar. She frowned as she listened to what he was saying. It seemed to be alot to take in for a seventeen year. Especially when he said they were the ones who had to stop the reincarnated gods taking over the earth, it just didn't seem fair. not to be given so much responsibility at such a young age in their lives to. Laurens mouth gaped slightly she brung one hand up to her temple and rubbed it slightly as she thought about the whole process. "S.....H....How do you know that we have powers? I mean do you have any?" Asked Lauren slightly confused.

Nicholas popped his head up again. "Oh no dear child I am completely mortal. But I have been entrusted with sacred knowlege that has been passed down thousands of years. I have known about you lot having powers since when you got them but I know you posessed the potential to have powers before you were even born." Nicholas opened a massive book and blew some dust off. "Now Ares has already shown up along with Gaia and Poseidon as far as I know. Noww before they get to the other gods you have to get the rest of the destined together and meet me in the basement here." Nicholas then handed Rowan a sheet with all the names of those people with powers. "Find these people and bring them here. They must know who they are and what they face."

"Okay you people are insane and Im not gonna stand for this any longer. I can't sit here and listen to you babble about how we are chosen ones and we have powers! I mean what is this Buffy the dork slayer?!" he said in a loud voice, leaving the list Nic had given him on his desk. Rowan knew he had powers but he wasn't about to admit it. He also knew that Alex had powers and that they had been attacked by some guy that could conjure shadow creatures...and fire..but he wasn't about to admit that to anyone. They would think he was a freak!
Rowan didn't know the girl that had just walked in but apparently she too had powers because she seemed to freak out a bit. Rowan stood up and was on his way to the door.

Alex stood up as Rowan began to leave and put his hand on his shoulder. "Hey wait Rowan. I know this sounds stupid but.." Alex looked at a book and it came floating over to his hand. I know you and me have powers and so does Lauren. " He hadn't met the other guy so whe wwas whispering all this to Rowan. "Mybe that guy in the park was a god or something like that. Mybe we should find out more." as he said this he turned to Nicholas. "Ok so what god could create fireballs and teleport in flames and control black demon things."

Lauren listened to Nicholas tell her he was a mortal, it was surprising how much he knew about them. Her attention was quickly taking onto Rowan who seemed to be freaking out abit or he just didn't want to deny who he was. "Rowan we have these powers for a reason the least we can do is find out about them and how to control them fully........I mean you wouldn't want to accedentally kill someone would you?" Said Lauren standing up and looking towards Rowan, hoping this would convince him to hear what Nicholas Scryar had to say.

Rowan looked down at the floor then nodded. "Okay, Okay dont get all mushy." he said as he listened to Lauren then went back to the desk and sat down. "I'll give this guy a chance but only because you two tell me to." he said to them as he looked at the list Nic had handed him earlier. "So..these are the other destined or whatever.." he asked Nic.
Then he looked up from the list. "Oh and yeah me and Alex were attacked in the park..by some guy who was shooting flames at us and controling some shadow freaks.... Do you know if that was some sort of god or whatever?" he asked.
