The last few days had been torture, well atleast that is what it felt like. Lauren had been getting images in her head, not pleasent ones either. They were of battle and people dieing. Not something a seventeen year old needs to see. Lauren walked out of the girls toilet tugging down her red V-neck top. A small sigh escaped the pretty blondes lips as she wished for all this to go away. She didn't want all these memories or what ever they were playing in her head on and off day and night. She wasn't sure if she could handle....ouch!. Lauren felt a sharp pain in her right arm.
She looked down to see a small scratch on her forearm. She looked at the bulletin board which part of the frame was sicking out. Lauren rolled her eyes and pulled abit of tissue out of her dark blue boot leg hipster jeans to stop the bleeding. She was about to cover the cut when she stopped. The cut was healing. She frowned and took a closer look at her arm. A second later the cut was gone, as if it had never happened. Laurens mouth gaped slightly as she stood there in astonishment. She shoved the tissue back into her pocket and let her arm drop back down to her side and continued to walk down the hall way.
Lauren walked for a few moments then stopped. She lent against the wall and closed her eyes, then slid down the wall until she was sat on the floor with her knees to her chest. Lauren rested her head on her knees. "What's happening to me?" Said Lauren to herself. She then brung her head up and rested it against the wall as she sat and thought for a moment. Then it happened. Again another memory popped in her head. Lauren brung her hands up to her forehead while he memory run through her head. "Go away." She said to herself quietly.

Alex had been in history class. He liked history but his mind wasnt on that for the time being. He had been experiencing strange things around him. Whenever he got mad something jumped across his path. He had also been able to do some things with his body he never could do, like doing 5 contineus backflips and then a sommersault.
But now he had to get focused again as the halls were filled with people and the unaware could get flattened. As he walked over to his locker he saw Lauren, one of the popular girls. He didn't take much notice of her as they never talked.
As he want to his locker it jammed and no matter how hard he pulled it wouldn't budge. Alex got mad and thumped the locker. Then it flew open. Alex raised and eyebrow

Lauren had seen Alex walk over to his locker but she didn't take much notice. It wasn't that she didn't like him, they just didn't talk. Lauren rested her head again back up against the wall as she tried to figure things out. The next thing she knew Alex had punched his locker and then the door flew open. She looked up and then stood up next to him looking at the locker door which now had a dent in it. She looked back at Alex and spoke. "How did you do that?" She asked slightly confused.
Lauren brushed some of her long blonde hair out of her face and brushed off her jeans as they had got slightly dusty from sitting on the floor. 'I thought the cleaner was supposed to take care of all that' thought Lauren as she turned her attention back to Alex and wondered if he would answer her question. That is if he had an answer. From the look on his face, he looked just as confused as Lauren did when her arm healed itself.

Alex looked away from his locker then at Lauren. "Erm what are you talking about." Alex then looked back to his locker and took out a book. As he tried to close it the dent got in the way. Alex pushed harder and eventually closed it. " I punched my locker and it opened. Why?" Alex grabbed his books and started to walk away from Lauren

Lauren looked at the locker again and gave a slight shrug. "Well it's just that locked lockers don't usually pop open when you give them a whack. Also the look you gave it.....It seemed as though.......I don't know." Said Lauren. She had been extremely confused over the last couple of days that a conversation seemed so much work. She wanted to tell someone what had just happened to her but who could she tell. Lauren didn't want to tell her friends as they would most likely think of her as a freak and disown her.
She looked back up at Alex and saw a certain something in his eyes that possibly maybe she could trust him. Lauren broke the eye contact for a minute and then noticed him walk away. "Alex wait!" She said and then walked after him. When Lauren caught up with Alex she stood infront of him and leaned in abit to talk quietly to him. "Has anything strange or weird happened to you over the last few days?" She asked with a very confused look on her face.

Alex looked back at Lauren but didn't stop walking. " Ya you are talking to me. Thats strange." he said in a mono tone voice. "Why do you ask." he said as he was curious as to why she would ask such a question. Was she like him, did she gain special abilities also.

Lauren continued to walk next to Alex as he snapped at her. She gave her eyes a slight roll and a soft sigh. She then turned her head to look back up at Alex. "You know Alex just because I am popular doesn't mean i'm a b.i.t.c.h." Said Lauren slightly annoyed. She then paid attention to his next question. Should she tell him about the powers she had aquired over the last few days. She didn't know him, but maybe she could trust him.
The blonde bit her bottom lip gently still pondering on whether to tell him what had been bothering her lately. She needed someone to talk to but preferably someone who didn't know her as well as the group of girls she hung around with. Another sigh escaped her lips as she continued to think. Lauren opned her mouth and started to speak. "It's just over the last couple of....." She stopped and noticed they were walking through a crowded corridor. She grabbed hold of Alex's arm and pulled him into the janitors closet. Lauren turned on the light and began to speak again. "O.k. over the last couple of days strange things have been happening to me.......Like I've been getting these memories that ain't even mine and also I cut my arm and it healed in a matter of seconds." Said Lauren now rubbing the side of her head. "The only reason I told you is because......You've seemed distant to." Said Lauren looking back at Alex.

Alex jerked as Lauren pulled him into the janitors closet. He looked around as Lauren turned on the light. "Ok so let me get this staright. You need to tell me that you remeber something and you cut yourself and it healed." Alex thought for a second then decided to show her. "The reason I have been distant is this." Alex looked at a sponge and focused on it. It floated and then landed in a mop bucket. "So what do you think." he asked questionly

Lauren continued to look up at Alex with a eyebrow slightly corked whilst he repeated what she had basically just told him. She nodded and spoke again. "Yeah and i don't know how." Said Lauren still confused on how she had become some sort of magical being. She placed one hand on her hip and the other on her temple as she paced abit.
Alexs voice broke the silence and she looked towards the sponge. She watched it levitate, again her mouth gaped abit, then the sponge dropped down onto the mop. She looked round at Alex slightly shocked. "What do I think?..........Oh my god what is happening to us. I mean that was cool but how did we...." Lauren didn't know how to finish off her sentence. She took in a slight breathe and spoke again. "Ok so you have powers and I have powers, but we don't have any knowledge of how we obtained these powers right?" Said Lauren more of a statement than a question.
Lauren thought for a few minutes before breaking the silence again. "Maybe we should go down to the libary and check to see if it has anything on the net about these types of powers." Said Lauren with a slight shrug. All she wanted right now was an explination on how she obtained these powers, that she had to admit were cool.

Alex looked at Lauren as she went on rambling a bit. Alex smiled at this but as she suggested that they research it he stopped. "Yea that sounds like a good Idea. All I know is that mine is called telekinesis but thats it."
"I dont understand why this is happening but I am going to find out why." He said openeing the door of the closet and saw a few people look wierdly at them as they had been in there on their own. Alex knew what they were thinking but he honestly didn't care.

Lauren gave Alex a smile and a nod when he agreed with her idea of researching their powers. Lauren walked out of the janiters closet and noticed some people grinning while others looked confused. Lauren shrugged it off and walked next to Alex towards the libary. "Ok so we know one power to check out. I don't know what my power is called but maybe if I give the description of it it will come up with a name." Said Lauren hoping that that would happen.
The two continued to walk towards the libary when a thought hit her. She carried on walking and asked Alex for his opinion on her thought. "Do you think this is happening to other students aswell?" She asked with an eyebrow slightly corked.

As Lauren spoke Alex kept on walking. "God I dont know. I mean it would be pretty cool to meet others, but then they might get power hungry and start hurting people with them."
"So what are these memories you are seeing" he asked slowing as they neared the library doors.

Lauren nodded at Alex's statement. It would be cool to meet other people like themselves. Atleast then they wouldn't be the only two. "Yeah that is one thing that worries me, but then think about it. We wouldn't have got these powers if it wasn't our destiny." Said Lauren. She then gave a slight laugh at what she had said. "God I sound like a jedi knight." joked Lauren with a bright smile.
They turned a corner and Lauren could see the libary doors at the other end of the corridor. She hoped the libary would be near enough empty. They didn't want to attract any attention to themselves. Lauren looked back at Alex as he asked her about these memories she was having. "Well there from like thousands of years ago. Atleast I'm almost certain they are. The people in them seem asthough they are from the greek mytholgy times, you know when Zeus the god of gods were around. I get flashes of this battle and loads of people dieing.........It's really fuzzy I'm not sure." Said Lauren as she tried to remember the last memory she had. "Have you had any?" She asked.

ooc: I think Lauren should stop having flashes now as we now know where to start researching. Plus Providence Hunter has clairvoyance.
ic: As Lauren told Alex of her flashes he thought about it. "Thats very strange. What do you think it is." As they rreached the library doors Alex pushed them open and let Lauren walk in. Thankfully the place was pretty empty so they could research all this wierd stff without arising suspicion.

Lauren shrugged as Alex asked her what she thought these memories meant. "I don't know, maybe they are trying to give me clues as to why we have powers." Said Lauren still thinking. The next thing she knew she was at the libary door. She looked back at Alex and smiled as he held the door open for her. "Thank you." She said sweetly and walked through. She turned and waited for Alex to come through the door before making her way over to a computer.
When Lauren found a computer that was at the back of the libary in a corner, Lauren sat down and went onto google. "Ok so your power is Telekinesis." Said Lauren quietly as she typed in the word.
