Wandering and wondering

[ivy]

Lilith nodded abesntmindedly at the indirect question, watching the exchange between the two guys, but wasn't really paying much attention, or even really focusing on the conversation anymore. Instead, she was letting her mind and attention wander back to the quick flashes of memories. How could he possibly have known, she thought, staring intenting at Pete.

She turned and stared into the trees, and at the rocks she had been sitting on, and a strange smile spread across her face. She wanted to test out what she knew she could do, but wasn't sure about the timing or company.

[liamers]

Peter turned away from Troy as he wasn't interested in mere mortals. "So Lilith are you not going to deny who and what you are. You are after all like me. A God." Peter just let roll off his tongue. Peter then pointed at the lake and like a fountain a jet of water shot into the air. He made the jet subside ut instead held a perfect ball of pure clean water suspended above his right hand. He then sucked at it and drank some. "Do you want some. Gaia."

[ivy]

She watched in awe as he manipulated the water, thinking that it was strange to meet another person that could control the elements. She smiled slightly as he took a drink from the perfectly formed orb of water.

Her eyes seemed to glaze over as soon as she heard her name spoken. Suddenly,s he remembered it all, and something inside her clicked, awakening her.

She nodded at the offer, before replying.

"Always the show-off," she said softly. "Poseidon."

[liamers]

As Lilith said Peters real name he smiled. "Good to hear from you again." he said and held out his hand. The water started to bubble and his trident came flying out and landed hard in Peters hand. "How does it feel to be back."

[ivy]

She laughed, the first real laugh she could remember, and took of at a run toward the trees. The ground rose slightly, as the tree bowed, and she jumped onto the lowest branch, with feline ease.

"I feel alive," she said with another soft laugh, as she continued to scamper up the tree. As she touched it, the tree grew more healthy, and blossomed.

[liamers]

Peter watched as his old friend regained her true self. "Good. I need your help. We have to find the other and reawaken the gods inside them. Aphrodite is nearby we should get her next."

[ivy]

"Aphrodite..." she said quietly, and then grinned. "I knew it. I have had that conversation before!"

She jumped from the tree, landing smoothly on the ground as it rose to meet her. She remembered the conversation she had recently had with Lyf,a nd knew why it was so familair.

"I think I know exactly who we are looking for," she said. "Lyf. And, I think I know where to find her."

[liamers]

Peter folded his arms. "You mean you have seen met and talked to her and didn't even realise who it was. My self your rusty. Where is this Lyf now. Does she know who she is. Has she discovered her powers."

[ivy]

She smirked at him for the comment about being rusty.

"Give me a break, I knew something was going on," she said, giving him a dirty look. "Probably at school, No, and I don't think so. Anything else?"

She crossed her arms over her chest, and glared at him. Knowing him, he would see through it and know she was teasing, but maybe in this life, he wouldn't.

[liamers]

Peter smiled and hit his trident and the ground causing it to shake. "Now now Gaia you know as well as I do that you are not the only one with physical powers. Remember our old competitions." With that Peter held out the trident and it dissapeared. "So where is Aphrodite. We need her power of deflection. I fear the destined may have awokened along with us." a serious face on him now

[ivy]

"Try the school first, and then the mall," she said with a smirk, wondering how Lyf might respond to finding out she was actually Aphrodite. She thought a moments about saying something else, and then shook her head, figuring it wouldn't do to start with him. it always lead in circles, much as her debates about love had with Aphrodite.

[liamers]

"Ok wher is the school. Are you an attending student there. " Peter rubbed his forehead. "I cant stand this city. I might have to drown it when all my powers are regained. The people now adays have almost forgotten about us. We now only exist in old statues and myth. Boy will they get a wake up call."

[ivy]

She laughed at his thoughts aobu tthe city, and its inhabitants, before shooting Troy a sideways glance. And this is what you'll be up against, she thought with a smirk, as she locked her gaze on him. Shifting her gaze back to 'Pete', she nodded.

"Yeah, I was. I'll show you," she said still smirking. "And don't drown the entire thing, leave me a bit of earth to play with. Although, I suppose, I could pull it out myself."

She laughed once again, and then cast her eyes around the park.
"Come on, its this way," she said, and walked away. My aunt is gonna flip.

[troy]

Troy glanced back and forth between the two as they spoke. They called each other Gaia and Poseidon, which Troy at first found odd. He was no mythology expert, but he recalled them being two Greek gods...Gaia, goddess of earth, and Poseidon, god of the ocean. His eyes slowly widened as he came to a shocking reality. Could they have been gods on earth? Was Troy also one of them? If he was, what god was he? It seemed realistic enough...After all, he and a few others discovered that they had superpowers. Almost anything made sense at this point.

"Wait...I know this is a little late, but...You guys are gods?"

[liamers]

As Troy spoke Peter turned around. "No we are not gods. Don't be silly you fainted there a while ago and must have hallucinated and..." Peter just stopped and looked deadly serious now. "Listen Kid. If you know what is good for you, you will forget what you saw. Or I will make you forget."
