Terry knew that the alleys were dangerous, but he was late to a job interview. It wasn't like Terry needed a job, he still had money from his parents, but his therapist had told Terry that maybe getting a job would stop him from acting so... crazy. Terry knew it wouldn't help, but if he got a job, maybe he would find knew ways to do amazingly dangerous and stupid things for the thrill of it. Terry sighed as he quickly walked through the alley, keeping his eyes peeled for muggers or anyone else that might attack him

Lyf leaned against a wall sifting through her purse. She was looking for her cell phone.
Crap!, she thought, It must have dropped.
Hearing footsteps she tensed a little. She only saw a boy. Maybe he had a cell- phone.
"Hey!Hey!", Lyf called out, "Do you happen to have a cell I can borrow?"Lyf asked out of breath. She looked a little worse for wear. She was wearing tight fitting bluse jeans that had a rip in one knee. A Fall Out Boy t-shirt. He hair was mussed up and in front of her face.

Terry looked at this girl as she asked him if she could use his cell phone. Terry smiled at her, she seemed like she had been having a bad day, so Terry reached into his pocket, pulled out his cell phone and said, "I don't normally do this, but here, just don't take it and run."

"Don't worry!"Lyf said with a welcoming smile. She took the cell and punched in her home phone. It went straight to voice-mail.
"f**k!"Lyf said a little loudly.
"Sorry, Guess no one's home..."Lyf said as she handed the cell phone back to the boy.
"I'm Lyf by the way"Lyf said her hand out for a shake. She smiled and flipped her hair over her shoulder.

Terry laughed a little as the girl handed him back his cell phone and said, "no problem. I am Terry," he shook her hand and asked, "so, why are you in an ally? Cause you don't seem like the type of person who hangs out here a lot."

Lyf laughed lightly and pulled some hair behind her ear.
"Oh, you know....just enjoying the scenery"she said laughing. She looked around and shivered again.
"Actually I lost my cell and was going to go to my apartment, but it's on the other side of the city, so I was gonna bum a bed from one of my friends. Little did I know she's outta town this weekend."Lyf said smiling.
"You look really familiar?Were you in my lang. arts class sophmore year?"Lyf said making idle conversation. She liked this guy. He was nice and he knew how to be polite.

Terry laughed a little and said, "sorry that happened, I wish you luck on finding your cell phone. And as for being in your lang. art class, I really don't think so, I haven't been in high school for seven years now."

"Oh!My bad!You look really young!"Lyf said laughing at her mistake.She checked her watch and shivered again.
"What are you doing hiding in a dark alley?Bad things could happen you know..."Lyf said with a sly smile. She shivered once more and wrapped her arms around herself.

Terry smiled and said, "thanks." Terry frowned a little when she asked why he was in an ally, he had completely forgoten about his job interview, oh well, there was no way he was going to be on time, he might as well not show up, "I was going to my first job interview, but I really, reallly, really don't want to go."

"I was gonna head to the coffe shop abd grab some tea. You wanna come?"Lyf said arching her brow.

"yeah, my first job interview, my therapist thought it would be good for me to get work, but I don't want to get a job cause I don't think anyone would want to hire some nut job who has forgotten most of his life and who has no job experience what so ever," replied Terry with a weak smile, "and sure, I could use some coffee."

"Well it's this way..."Lyf said guiding to the shop.
"Not good with interviews huh?Me either!"Lyf said shivering agin.

Terry laughed and said, "thanks, I have been baned from all the coffee shops near my house so I rarely get a chance to drink some," Terry then smiled at Lyf and said, "really? what makes you say that?"

"nope, but I used one of the coffee machines to cook a jawbreaker, which I didn't know could, well, blow up and spray molten suger everywhere, so yeah, got in trohble for that," replied Terry, then he laughed and said, "I won't know about the being trained thing, maybe I should get a job to see what it is like."
