Asako sat silently in an empty seat as the subway pulled into another station... for some reason she found herself awake and wanting to just.... get outside. Granted the subway wasn't very outside considering, but it went many places and not many people bothered to ride it this late.
She glanced around, counting around 3 other people in the car with her, all seeming to be distracted by something... or trying to look distracted. Most of them looked tired and would get off soon... but she would ride it for as long as she could... then walk home from where-ever she ended up.
It was a decent place to think.... after all there had been many strange things happening to her and other people, as she had noticed. With a sigh she slipped her headphones from her ears and gazed out the window.

Crystal Sunders walked upon the subway train and immediately disliked it. It was filthy and dist gusting. Covered in gunk and day old sweat. The air was rank and acrid.Crystal, being every bit the princess, picked her way through the bodies of the days society pileup. She saw an Asian girl that looked very decent for this place and headed to wards her. She was like a breath of fresh air to Crystal.
Crystal sat down delicately next to the girl and fetched her a warm glowing smile. Crystal just went to the tanning beds and she looked great. Her long brown hair was perfectly placed atop her head. She had applied the right amount of makeup as well. And her outfit was to die for. She had on skintight flared jeans and a light turquoise tank top. The only jewelry she wore was a snake ring on her middle right finger.
"Terrible place, isn't it?"Crystal said lightly to the Asian girl, trying to make polite conversation.

Asako noticed someone approaching, so she removed the headphones and looked up at the woman as she spoke.
Terrible pleace, isn't it?'
Asako glanced around a little before letting out a soft laugh, nodding slightly. "I agree its not kept up well. But at least its generally quiet."
She held out her hand, feeling the odd urge to introduce herself to the woman. There seemed....something about her that she recognized...yet she couldn't place it.
"I'm Asako."

"Asako eh?"Crystal said with t tilt of her head,
"That's like Korean or something right?"she asked with a smile.She took Asakos hand and shook it lightly. When they touched Crystal felt a short burst. Not like electricity but like a gale of wind.
"I'm...uh...Crystal"she said back to Asako staring at their two hands touching...

"Uh yeah.... Its chinese." She said with a slight smile, though that faded when their hands touched and something rushed through her arm. Asako let out a soft gasp and pulled her hand away, looking up at Crystal with a shocked expression.
"Miss Crystal....." Her face crumpled in a slightly strange expression, a mix of thought and surprise. "Is there something.... strange about you? Different.... abilities than a normal human?"

"Exuse me!!"Crystal shot at Asako. She was liking this girl less and less.
"Listen here, Mulan, I'm not like anybody else. I am perfect. Everybody wants to be me!"Crystal said through clenched teeth. She was hoping beyond hope that Asako didn't see through her blatant lie. Crystal was different.Very different. A good little power called revenge...

Asako was surprised, and for the sake of being nice, was going to aapologize.... but there was something in her that wanted to retort.... wanted to say..
"I'm sorry if I insulted you...... but I do not want to be like you." She said politely, her face appearing very happy while at the same time giving off a feeling of agitation. (I swear asians have that ability)
"And Mulan is not the historical reference you should be pinning me as. If you don't wish to call me Asako, the only other name i will acknowledge is Persephone."

"Oh!Shut your mouth little asian!"Crystal bit back quietly. She haated drawing the wrong kind of attention to herself.Crystal sat back down and thought things over in her head.
Crystal took a few deep breaths and looked back over at Asako.
"Look i'm sorry!I have a short temper.Actually...I have been acting different know that you mention it...."

Asako almost retaliated... but crystal seemed to show some sort of.... repentance by sitting down and falling into thought.... so she did the same. She smoothed her skirt out and waited until crystal spoke again.
"I'm sorry as well. It was a strange thing to ask... but... I just wanted to make sure." she said, chuckling lightly. "Odd things have been happening.... especially to me... and a lot of my classmates as well."
